Welcome to Amazon Tours

We offer in-person tours of select Amazon fulfilment centers, where you can explore the cutting-edge systems that power our operations. If you’re looking to learn more about Amazon Puget Sound’s Headquarters, we offer a self-guided tour around the campus, so you can explore at your own pace.

We offer private tours in limited locations and schedule information can be found on each site page. You can navigate to the site page to check for availabillity. To book a private tour for a group of 10 or more guests, please submit a request on our Amazon Tours Help Center.

All tours are free of charge.

Please reach out to amazon-pr@amazon.com with your request and we’ll work with you to arrange a visit.

Please submit a request via the Amazon Tours Help Center at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired tour date to discuss your needs and help ensure that we can accommodate your request. Sign language interpretation (SLI) is available on request for In-Person Tours.
