Know Before You Go
Tour Duration
Each tour is approximately 45-60 minutes long. On the tour you may walk up and down at least one flight of stairs and walk approximately 1 kilometre.
Arrive Early
Early arrival is strongly recommended. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour. If guests do not arrive on time, the tour will start without you. Once the tour has begun, guests will not be able to join the tour.
Attire
To ensure the safety, comfort, and security of all guests, we require visitors to follow our dress code while participating in fulfilment centre tours. Guests must wear flat, closed-toed, and closed-heeled shoes (no sandals, clogs, Crocs, or high heels). We recommend comfortable shoes or sneakers.
Long pants are recommended for additional protection. Shirts must have sleeves (short or long). Visitor badges must be worn at all times for security and identification purposes (Amazon will issue breakaway-type lanyards upon check-in). Long hair must be pulled at or above shoulder length. Loose-fitting clothing and accessories (such as long-hanging jewelry, scarves, or ties) are not permitted. Headscarves worn for religious reasons are permitted but must be tucked in securely. Other attire or head coverings worn for religious reasons are permitted, provided they do not create a safety hazard.
Not Permitted: Sandals, clogs, Crocs, high heels, or other unstable footwear. Offensive or revealing clothing.
Our fulfilment centre is an active work environment with moving equipment, shelving, and uneven surfaces. Appropriate attire, identification, and footwear help reduce the risk of injury and ensure security.
Visitors who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to join the tour.

We welcome young visitors to experience our tours; however, for safety and security reasons, the following rules apply to all minors (under age 18).

All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult (age 18 or older) who presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. For groups of children, there must be at least 1 adult for every 10 minors in attendance. Accompanying adults are responsible for the behavior, safety, and supervision of minors at all times during the tour. Our fulfilment centre is an active environment with moving equipment and machinery. For the safety of all guests, minors must remain with their group and follow all safety instructions from our tour staff. Children must be able to walk the tour route without assistance and wear required safety attire (see Attire). Guests who do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to join the tour.

Guest Registration Required
Guests must sign up for the tour prior to arrival. Walk-ins will not be admitted into the tour.
Identification
Upon your arrival, your tour leader will ask for a government issued photo ID. Please ensure that guest information submitted during sign-up matches the guest ID. Guests under the age of 18 are not required to provide any form of identification.
Accessibility
Some of our Amazon Fulfilment Centres are accessible facilities. To learn more about the accessibility requirements of a Fulfilment Centre or request a specific accommodation for a tour, please reach out via the Amazon Tours Help Center ahead of registration to confirm we can support.
Service Animals
Pets are not authorized on the tour. Service animals are permitted in all public areas and on the tour. Service animals are dogs that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability and does not include emotional support, comfort, or companionship animals.
Language
Tours are conducted in the local language. Sign Language support is available with at least two weeks advance notice.
Photography
Cell phones are not allowed on the tour, and still photography is only permitted in designated photo spots in our lobbies. We ask that you leave your cell phones at home or in a vehicle; if you are unable to do so, we will provide a secure location for you to leave your cell phone and other personal belongings for you to collect after your tour.
Items Allowed on Tour
You may bring your wallet, keys, and transparent water bottle on the tour. We ask that you keep all cell phones, bags, and backpacks at home or in a vehicle, unless medically necessary. If you cannot leave these behind, our team will provide a safe location for you to leave these items for the duration of your visit. Outside food and drink will not be permitted.
